Integrated Weaving Facility

Mill-Direct Denim Production

We operate our own shuttle looms to control warp tension, dye penetration, and selvedge density without commercial distributors or markups.

Manufacturing Origin

From Contract To Direct

SS Industry operated for two decades purely as a commercial weaving mill, producing heavy twills and raw rolls for international labels. We observed the standard markup chain inflate garments far beyond the actual textile value.

In 2021, we integrated full in-house cut-and-sew operations. By designing directly off our own loom floor, every yard retains full selvedge ticker precision and unbroken tensile integrity.

Lock-Stitch Sewing

Long-staple cotton fibers spun with deliberate irregularity to yield authentic vertical slub textures across heavy daily friction.

Cords immersed repeatedly in natural indigo baths. Surface fibers oxidize deep blue while the core remains uncolored for gradual fading.

Narrow-width vintage looms run at steady mechanical speeds, creating dense selvedge edges with uniform structural tension throughout.

Heavyweight poly-core thread sewn on vintage Union Special chainstitch machines with reinforced solid copper rivet placements.
